we had such a great stay at alaska european bed & breakfast. the pancakes at breakfast were the best we’ve had in alaska. the room was quiet and beautifully decorated. it’s close to a lovely park that leads you downtown. irene and david really made us feel at home!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the stunning local trails and went on a fishing trip. Irene is super helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The themed rooms are really fun. It's a cool place to meet other travelers. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience!

One downside was the noise. we could hear everything from the upstairs party which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The property had cluttered spaces and outdated decor, including green bathroom fixtures that felt worn. Walls lacked insulation, making it hard to ignore noise from neighboring rooms. A startling incident at 1:30 AM, when someone banged on the door, left me feeling uncomfortable about safety. On a positive note, the homemade pastries received high praise, even though we didn't enjoy breakfast during our stay.
